At Livion, we recognize that key management needs vary, and transitioning to fully automated systems isn't always feasible for every key. While many customers rely on our Key Automats for automated key handling, others utilize LivionKey Register for manual key management at the office.

To bridge the gap between these two approaches, we're excited to introduce the Changing the key pickup and return location feature. This functionality allows for seamless interoperability between manual and automated key management, giving you the freedom to choose how each key is handled.

We have been working hard in past months with our new product: LivionKey20 for iLOQ S5. With this release, we are bringing a tons of improvements not only for handling iLOQ S5 keys but also to Keyregister in general.

LivionKey Key contracts allows you to send both email and SMS customizable notifications to your customer. A LivionKey Manager Admin user can define custom templates for each organizational unit through our template editor. This editor allows the use of predefined variables and also enables notification previews with example data.

You can now conveniently preview Key contract notifications right before sending them.

You can now, keep track of your Key Contract notification statuses directly from the Key contract view. Additionally you can resend them in case your customer needs it.

LivionKey Registerin avainnippu-ominaisuus mahdollistaa useamman avaimen niputtamisen yhteen, hieman niin kuin taskun pohjalla olevassa avaimenperässä. Kun avaimet ovat osa avainnippua, ne luovutetaan ja palautetaan aina yhdessä, ja kaikkia avaimia hallitaan samanaikaisesti. Avainnippu-ominaisuus ei ole tällä hetkellä käytettävissä avaimille, jotka noudetaan LivionKey-avainautomaateista.

‍LivionKey30 EM Edition -automaatti on suunniteltu iLOQ S5-avainten noutoa ja palautusta varten. Laitteessa säilössä olevissa avaimissa ei ole käyttöoikeuksia, vaan avain ohjelmoidaan aina noudon yhteydessä. LivionKey API V2:n kautta kolmannen osapuolen järjestelmät voivat luoda varauksia iLOQ S5-avaimille. Tarvittavat tiedot varauksen luomiselle ovat  käyttöoikeudet, avainten määrä, yhteystiedot ja haluttu
